We LBS Consultants headquartered at Kolkata, West Bengal has emerged with a view to providing assistance to NPA Borrowers of Banks and Financial Institutions through Legal support and settlement of their dues in amicable manner. Apart from settlement of dues the Firm is also entrusted with job of regularization /restructuring of NPA borrowers to run their unit smoothly & effectively.

The LBS Consultants is comprised of a team of Senior Ex- Bankers and Senior Lawyers specialized in the field of banking and also of experienced personnel from various field of financial sectors who are always interacting with our clients requiring legal support and assistance for their coming out from present stressed position to the normal tension free life.

Apart from dealing in DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) and DRAT, the Firm also deals with matters relating to NCLT, Arbitration, Section 138 of NI Act and Sec 25 of Payment and Settlement System Act. The field of Assistance has also been extended to High Court and Supreme Court for the critical financial issues.
